Robbi Grayson is a recognized pioneer in the spa, skincare, aesthetic medicine, and longevity industries, with more than 30 years of experience as an owner, distributor, educator, consultant, and executive leader. Throughout her career, she has played an integral role in product development, sales, operations, leadership, and the successful launch and growth of aesthetic and wellness businesses across the United States and internationally.
Robbi conceptualized and led the opening of one of the first day spas in the United States, Charles Grayson, growing the business from a staff of 11 to 75 employees while achieving multimillion-dollar annual revenues and sustained profitability before its successful sale to private equity. She later founded Skin and Spa Concepts LLC, importing and distributing skincare products and equipment while providing consulting services to the spa industry.
Beginning in the mid-1990s, Robbi expanded her expertise into aesthetic medicine, partnering with dermatologists and plastic surgeons and ultimately helping develop and launch more than forty aesthetic, plastic surgery, and dermatology practices.
Her strategic vision, operational expertise, and deep understanding of patient experience have made her a trusted advisor throughout the industry. Among her many accomplishments, Robbi worked alongside Dr. Ran Stark in the early stages of conceptualizing, locating, and developing StarkMD Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics. In 2022, she joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer, helping guide its continued growth and success.
Robbi is a sought-after speaker and educator, having presented for organizations including ISPA, Les Nouvelles Esthétiques, Serious Business, AMSPA Bootcamp, PRF EDU, and DermaConcepts. Robbi began her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist before pursuing advanced studies in esthetics and thalassotherapy in Paris and Aix-en-Provence, France. One of the books that has had the greatest influence on her life is Atlas Shrugged. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her son and dog, gardening, and dividing her time between the Philadelphia Main Line and her Connecticut community.
With over 18 years of experience in plastic surgery on Philadelphia’s Main Line, Lori serves as Vice President of Business Development, where she is dedicated to creating an elevated, personalized experience for every patient who walks through the doors of the practice. Known for her warmth, compassion, and attention to detail, Lori takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout every step of their journey.
Her passion for aesthetics and patient care is matched by her commitment to providing a high-end yet thoughtful and welcoming experience. Lori believes that exceptional results begin with exceptional relationships, and she values the trust patients place in the practice every day.
Outside of work, Lori is a proud mom to her 21-year-old son, Christopher, and spends much of her free time with her very well-dressed Yorkie, Rosie, who is known for turning just as many heads as the patients do.
Heather is new to the beauty industry but brings a lot to the table from her 20+ years working in various administrative/customer service roles, most recently spending the last decade in the financial industry as a Real Estate and Business Tax Coordinator. When she decided to switch gears, she knew that her skills and experience would fit in well at StarkMD. Heather understands that many patients who walk through our doors have insecurities that may make the visit uncomfortable. Part of her role as the Practice Manager is to make sure everyone who visits us at StarkMD Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Center feels comfortable. Heather can help answer any questions you may have regarding your whole experience from start to finish. Her welcoming and trustworthy nature are paramount to our mission of privacy and emotional support throughout a patient’s journey.
Heather enjoys spending time with her friends and family when she is not at work. She and her husband are empty-nesters with a son and daughter away at college. They love to cheer their son on at his lacrosse games together!
With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and content development, Delanie Dischert leads the digital presence of StarkMD Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center. She oversees marketing initiatives across the practice, including creative patient education, social media strategy, content creation, and brand communications.
Delanie’s professional background spans healthcare, functional medicine, aesthetics, luxury retail, and consumer brands. Throughout her career, she has helped businesses grow through strategic storytelling, audience gagement, and innovative marketing initiatives. Her experience also includes launching and managing small businesses, providing firsthand insight into entrepreneurship, brand development, and exceptional customer experiences.
At StarkMD, Delanie works closely with the physicians, providers, and clinical team to create meaningful educational content that helps patients feel informed, confident, and empowered throughout their aesthetic journey. She is passionate about translating complex medical information into approachable, engaging experiences while ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the practice’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Outside of work, Delanie enjoys health and fitness, yoga, spending time with family, and staying active in her local community. She has a lifelong interest in astrology and is known among friends and colleagues for being able to tell you far more about your zodiac sign than you ever expected to know. She is also the proud owner of Roscoe, her deaf Mini Australian Shepherd mix, who keeps her on her toes and reminds her daily to find joy in the little things.

With over 20 years of experience in medical aesthetics, Heather Bryant serves as Director of Skincare at StarkMD Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Center. Since beginning her career in January 2006, Heather has built a reputation for delivering natural, balanced results rooted in education, trust, and long-term skin health.
Born and raised in Philadelphia and now living in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, Heather values being part of a community that prioritizes thoughtful outcomes over fleeting trends. She believes healthy skin is the foundation of confidence - a philosophy shaped early in life while watching her mother work in the skincare industry. That perspective continues to guide her approach today.
Heather is passionate about creating customized treatment plans that focus on realistic, achievable results. She is not trend-driven - she is strategy-driven. Her philosophy centers on balance, sustainability, and skin integrity. She believes perfection is not the goal. Instead, beautiful outcomes happen when expectations are aligned and improvement is approached holistically. As she often says, “I believe the best version of yourself comes from within, and thoughtful support helps you get there.”
One of Heather’s greatest strengths is simplifying an industry that can feel overwhelming. She educates patients on what truly works, helps them understand their skin, and guides them toward consistent, long-term care that ages well.
Among her favorite treatments are dermaplaning and Moxi laser therapy. Heather considers dermaplaning an art form - not simply hair removal, but a highly effective method of exfoliation that reveals the true condition of the skin and allows for more precise treatment planning. She also loves Moxi, particularly because of her own personal experience with melasma. Its versatility and safety across all skin types make it an excellent option for meaningful, visible improvement.
Heather attended The Pennsylvania State University before advancing her education in medical aesthetics. She has undergone extensive specialized training in laser technology and remains committed to continuing education to ensure she delivers safe, effective, evidence-based care. She has been recognized by Main Line Today as “Best of the Main Line” and has been featured in publications including Main Line Today and Philly Style.
Outside of the practice, Heather’s life is full and vibrant. She shares a blended family of five children with her fiancé - including her two sons - Hayden and Kameron - and treasures meaningful time together. She also enjoys visiting her family’s farm in central Pennsylvania and staying connected to her roots. Heather and her fiancé share a special connection to StarkMD, where their story first began. Their dog, Baxter, rounds out their busy household.

Shanna Amoroso is a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of nursing experience, 5 of those specializing in Aesthetics and Regenerative Medicine. She currently performs a range of services including injectables and PRP. Being part of an medical team is so important to Shanna, as she feels it provides the best outcomes and opportunities for patients to achieve their aesthetic goals.
Shanna is one of the founding members of W.I.L.D. (Women Injectors Leading through Development); an organization of aesthetic providers in the Philadelphia area whose mission is to provide support, networking, and educational opportunities amongst peers in hopes of creating a more collaborative and safe industry for our patients. She grew up in South Jersey, spent some years in both Washington, DC and Charleston, SC and currently resides in Media, PA with her husband Chris, a CRNA, and their 3 beautiful children.
With fifteen years in the world of medical aesthetics under her belt, and having worked with expert dermatologists, plastic surgeons, nurse injectors and aestheticians from coast to coast, Jill Murphy brings a wealth of talent and a host of experience to StarkMD.
Prior to completing her Master’s degree in Nursing in 2006, and thereafter engaging in her chosen profession, Jill successfully assisted top doctors in a number of surgical and cardiac ICU units, honing her skills and preparing for the job she loves most: working as a nurse injector and bringing both artistry to the skin and huge smiles to the faces of satisfied patients.
Jill’s favorite device is the Morpheus8. She feels its accuracy and ease of use produce an overall natural effect and brings out the best in even the most intransigent cases. A minimalist at heart, Jill also highly recommends Botox for quick and dramatic confidence repair, and can also advise as to several helpful skincare products that will leave clients feeling youthful and relaxed. She is a team player, adding her special flair to StarkMD’s comprehensive approach to all things aesthetic.
You’ll find Jill spending weekends on the sidelines, making sure that her three boys excel at soccer, basketball, lacrosse or baseball. As a Malvern, PA native, she is used to spending summers at the Jersey Shore, and along with her former Navy pilot husband, loves traveling the US looking for adventure, then settling back down into the great family community of Ardmore. Jill graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and holds a Master’s in Nursing from the University of San Diego. Lisa Holloway began her nursing career in 1985 after graduating from The University of Virginia’s School of Nursing. Her early professional years were spent working in cardiothoracic surgery, but in 1998 she entered the world of aesthetics when she joined a team at a busy plastic surgery practice. It was during that time that she became a certified plastic surgery nurse as well as a nurse injector. Over the past 25 years she has perfected her work and has become an instructor, teaching numerous nurses and physicians the art of injecting.
Lisa has a strong clinical knowledge of the changes that take place in the body and face during the process of aging and delivers safe and reliable results that restore and enhance one’s innate beauty. Her extensive experience allows her to be an advocate for her plastic surgery patients as well. “It is a wonderful feeling to have developed and to continue to develop the trust of my patients over time and see it translate into restored self-confidence.” Lisa’s patients say they appreciate her direct approach and her gentle touch technique.
Meredith Harris is a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist with over 14 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Born and raised in Lower Merion, PA, she holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts and earned her esthetician’s license from the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in Philadelphia.
Meredith spent over a decade working alongside New York City’s top medical and cosmetic dermatologists, gaining advanced training in skin health and cutting-edge laser treatments. Starting her career assisting celebrity dermatologic surgeon, Dr. Patricia Wexler, her path transitioned to the treatment room where rejuvenation technologies were put into practice. In 2015 she helped launch a Manhattan based Aesthetic Center, growing into their lead clinical laser and skincare specialist.
Spending over a decade treating various skin types and conditions in the dermatology office has laid the foundation for curating healthy skin. Skin health over vanity always takes priority in her practice. Meredith uses a scientific approach in addressing her client’s skin goals which is a marriage of clinical dermatology experience, skin physiology knowledge, laser and device expertise and medical grade skincare. From anti-aging to acne, her high client retention is a testament to consistent delivery of measurable results.

She is known for her meticulous approach, combining facial treatments with lasers and innovative procedures for a synergistic outcome. In addition to her clinical expertise, Meredith is dedicated to ongoing education and continually advancing her skills through hands-on training and seminars. Meredith returned to her roots in 2022, surrounded by family while raising her own. She is thrilled to be part of the StarkMD team and advancing into the world of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Sophia Falcone’s passion for beauty and aesthetics was sparked by growing up as the youngest of three sisters, where she developed a fascination with the field. This early interest evolved into a deep commitment to helping patients feel confident in their own skin. After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Business Management, she combined her knowledge of business with her love for aesthetics to pursue a career in patient care coordination.
Sophia is motivated by the transformative impact she witnesses in her patients, particularly the boost in confidence that comes from feeling and looking their best. What she loves most about her job is listening to patients' concerns, educating them on procedures, and guiding them through their journey to a more confident version of themselves.
In her free time, Sophia enjoys exploring new restaurants with friends, going down the shore with her family and spending time with her spoiled French Bulldog Bruno. Outside of work, she is passionate about staying up to date on beauty trends and innovations.
Carly Hedrick serves as the Marketing and Administrative Support professional at StarkMD Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Center, where she combines her experience in marketing and business operations with a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry. She is inspired by the innovation, artistry, and transformative nature of aesthetic medicine, and finds it incredibly rewarding to help support a team dedicated to making patients feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Born and raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Carly continues to call the area home while working in nearby Bryn Mawr. She appreciates the strong sense of community, thriving local businesses, excellent restaurants, and the opportunity to stay close to her family and lifelong friends. She feels fortunate to contribute to a practice whose compassionate, patient-centered approach aligns so closely with her own values. Outside of the office, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their three children, Stella, Leo, and Sloane.
Much of her free time is spent cheering from the sidelines as her children discover a love for sports, enjoying family movie nights, and exploring the shops and restaurants throughout downtown West Chester. She also enjoys staying active through HIIT workouts and Pilates, and has a passion for fashion and home décor, which allow her to express her creativity and personal style.
Isabelle Terrion is the Front Desk Coordinator at StarkMD Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Center. As one of the first people patients meet when they visit the practice, Isabelle takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. She enjoys getting to know patients and helping make each visit a positive experience. Born and raised in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, Isabelle still calls the area home. She loves the close-knit community and enjoys discovering new restaurants and experiences around town.
Isabelle has always believed that plastic surgery can have a meaningful impact on a person's confidence and self-esteem. Home is always full of life thanks to their three pets—Beaux, a Yellow Labrador; Hank, a Golden Retriever; and Binx, a black cat named after the beloved movie Hocus Pocus. They keep her laughing and remind her to slow down and appreciate the little things.

Michele is a dedicated Patient Concierge who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and supported throughout every step of their aesthetic journey. With a genuine love for health and wellness, she enjoys being part of a field that empowers people to look and feel their very best.
Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Michele now calls Wynnewood home. After spending many years living in the city, she appreciates the charm, beauty, and strong sense of community that Wynnewood offers, especially during the vibrant spring and colorful fall seasons. As the first point of contact for many patients, Michele takes pride in building meaningful relationships and creating a welcoming experience from the very beginning. She believes that listening to each patient's goals, answering questions, and providing compassionate guidance helps foster trust and confidence throughout the process.
Outside of the office, Michele is a dedicated fitness enthusiast who enjoys challenging workout classes and maintaining an active lifestyle. Her commitment to health and wellness inspires both her personal life and her work with patients. She is also a proud wife and mother of two energetic boys, and much of her free time is spent at hockey rinks or cheering them on at their sporting events. While her family doesn't currently have any pets, they are all animal lovers.
