Lori Rogo is a seasoned professional, with thirteen years of managerial experience in plastic surgery. In years past, and as a top manager in the restaurant industry, Lori learned first and foremost the importance of meeting and exceeding client expectations. Combining outstanding organizational skills with a love of interpersonal interaction, this accomplished veteran thrives on building confidence through the magic of our office’s life-changing procedures.
Lori’s favorite device is the Morpheus8, a magnificent tool that combines micro-needling with radiofrequency technology and produces beautiful skin results by stimulating collagen production. By targeting the deepest layers, clients can actually see the aging process reversing itself with each session. Lori’s favorite procedure is the Mommy Makeover, and she highly recommends Alastin Nectar for those interested in the most radiant skin possible.
Born and raised in Havertown, and now residing in West Chester, Lori enjoys time spent with her teenaged son and the best-dressed Yorkie named Rosie, as well as fireside food, drink and uplifting conversation with close friends. She invites you to visit StarkMD Plastic Surgery in Philadelphia, where customer service is paramount and friendships are lasting.
As a licensed and dedicated aesthetician for over 17 years, Heather is a powerful and caring woman who brings amazing flair and expertise to her position at StarkMD. Heather’s first foray into aesthetics was as a makeup artist, plying her trade and delivering refined and delicate imagery using the magic of her hands. Gratifying people so they can look and feel their best brings this professional great satisfaction, and leaves her with the uplifting sense that she has truly made a visible, palpable and positive difference in the lives of others.
Heather strongly favors the use of the Morpheus8, primarily because it is safe for all skin types and yields improvement for just about every concern. Her procedure of choice is dermaplaning, a revolutionary exfoliating process that specifically addresses a host of skin conditions and leads to exceptional outcomes. Her most liked skincare product of the moment is PCA Vitamin B3. With its high concentration of niacinamide, this supplement has been shown to be effective at treating hyperpigmentation and inflammation, as well as protecting the barrier function of the skin that may have been compromised due to masking. It also allows the skin to retain its own moisture, and is regarded as a potent antioxidant.
Heather wants new patients to know that the goal at StarkMD is to make every patient as comfortable as possible, and to achieve one’s best version of oneself through the best plastic surgery Philidelphia can offer. Outside of work, Heather can be found with her hubby and two beautiful boys doing the mom and wife thing. This native Pennsylvanian hails from the City of Brotherly Love, and completed her BA at Penn State with a degree in Labor Relations and a minor in Dispute Management. She is a licensed medical aesthetician in Pennsylvania, and looks forward to welcoming you to StarkMD and providing you with magnificent results.
With fifteen years in the world of medical aesthetics under her belt, and having worked with expert dermatologists, plastic surgeons, nurse injectors and aestheticians from coast to coast, Jill Murphy brings a wealth of talent and a host of experience to StarkMD.
Prior to completing her Master’s degree in Nursing in 2006, and thereafter engaging in her chosen profession, Jill successfully assisted top doctors in a number of surgical and cardiac ICU units, honing her skills and preparing for the job she loves most: working as a nurse injector and bringing both artistry to the skin and huge smiles to the faces of satisfied patients.
Jill’s favorite device is the Morpheus8. She feels its accuracy and ease of use produce an overall natural effect and brings out the best in even the most intransigent cases. A minimalist at heart, Jill also highly recommends Botox for quick and dramatic confidence repair, and can also advise as to several helpful skincare products that will leave clients feeling youthful and relaxed. She is a team player, adding her special flair to StarkMD’s comprehensive approach to all things aesthetic.
You’ll find Jill spending weekends on the sidelines, making sure that her three boys excel at soccer, basketball, lacrosse or baseball. As a Malvern, PA native, she is used to spending summers at the Jersey Shore, and along with her former Navy pilot husband, loves traveling the US looking for adventure, then settling back down into the great family community of Ardmore. Jill graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and holds a Master’s in Nursing from the University of San Diego. She looks forward to your visit to StarkMD, and to assisting you in achieving your highest aesthetic goals.
Janine has worked in the beauty industry for over 3 years, both in plastic surgery and medical spas. She started her career as an aesthetician but switched roles to be a patient concierge when the opportunity presented itself. Her goal is to help with a seamless transition from the moment a patient makes the decision to call StarkMD with questions or requests, to leaving the office feeling great.
Janine is happy to help make your experience a great one. She loves seeing the joy in the post-op surgical patients, especially the mommy-makeovers. “It’s so sweet to see how confident a patient feels after their surgery! Especially the moms- they deserve to feel their best!”
In her free time Janine enjoys spending time with family, traveling and trying new restaurants.
Heather is new to the beauty industry but brings a lot to the table from her 20+ years working in various administrative/customer service roles, most recently spending the last decade in the financial industry as a Real Estate and Business Tax Coordinator. When she decided to switch gears, she knew that her skills and experience would fit in well at StarkMD. Heather understands that many patients who walk through our doors have insecurities that may make the visit uncomfortable. Part of her role as a Front Desk Coordinator is to make sure everyone who visits us at StarkMD Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Center feels comfortable. Heather can help answer any questions you may have regarding your whole experience from start to finish. Her welcoming and trustworthy nature are paramount to our mission of privacy and emotional support throughout a patient’s journey.
Heather enjoys spending time with her friends and family when she is not at work. She and her husband are empty-nesters with a son and daughter away at college. They love to cheer their son on at his lacrosse games together!
Lisa Holloway began her nursing career in 1985 after graduating from The University of Virginia’s School of Nursing. Her early professional years were spent working in cardiothoracic surgery, but in 1998 she entered the world of aesthetics when she joined a team at a busy plastic surgery practice. It was during that time that she became a certified plastic surgery nurse as well as a nurse injector. Over the past 25 years she has perfected her work and has become an instructor, teaching numerous nurses and physicians the art of injecting.
Lisa has a strong clinical knowledge of the changes that take place in the body and face during the process of aging and delivers safe and reliable results that restore and enhance one’s innate beauty. Her extensive experience allows her to be an advocate for her plastic surgery patients as well. “It is a wonderful feeling to have developed and to continue to develop the trust of my patients over time and see it translate into restored self-confidence.” Lisa’s patients say they appreciate her direct approach and her gentle touch technique.
