Lori Rogo - Practice Manager
Lori Rogo is a seasoned professional, with thirteen years of managerial experience in plastic surgery. In years past, and as a top manager in the restaurant industry, Lori learned first and foremost the importance of meeting and exceeding client expectations. Combining outstanding organizational skills with a love of interpersonal interaction, this accomplished veteran thrives on building confidence through the magic of our office’s life-changing procedures.
Lori’s favorite device is the Morpheus8, a magnificent tool that combines micro-needling with radiofrequency technology and produces beautiful skin results by stimulating collagen production. By targeting the deepest layers, clients can actually see the aging process reversing itself with each session. Lori’s favorite procedure is the Mommy Makeover, and she highly recommends Alastin Nectar for those interested in the most radiant skin possible.
Born and raised in Havertown, and now residing in West Chester, Lori enjoys time spent with her teenaged son and the best-dressed Yorkie named Rosie, as well as fireside food, drink and uplifting conversation with close friends. She invites you to visit StarkMD, where customer service is paramount and friendships are lasting.
Heather Bryant - Director of Skincare
As a licensed and dedication esthetician for over 17 years, Heather is a powerful and caring woman who brings amazing flair and expertise to her position at StarkMD.
Heather’s first foray into esthetics was as a makeup artist, plying her trade and delivering refined and delicate imagery using the magic of her hands. Gratifying people so they can look and feel their best brings this professional great satisfaction, and leaves her with the uplifting sense that she has truly made a visible, palpable and positive difference in the lives of others.
Heather strongly favors the use of the Morpheus8, primarily because it is safe for all skin types and yields improvement for just about every concern.
Her procedure of choice is dermaplaning, a revolutionary exfoliating process that specifically addresses a host of skin conditions and leads to exceptional outcomes. Her most liked skincare product of the moment is PCA Vitamin B3. With its high concentration of niacinamide, this supplement has been shown to be effective at treating hyperpigmentation and inflammation, as well as protecting the barrier function of the skin that may have been compromised due to masking. It also allows the skin to retain its own moisture, and is regarded as a potent antioxidant.
Heather wants new patients to know that the goal at StarkMD is to make every patient as comfortable as possible, and to achieve one’s best version of oneself. Outside of work, Heather can be found with her hubby and two beautiful boys doing the mom and wife thing. This native Pennsylvanian hails from the City of Brotherly Love, and completed her BA at Penn State with a degree in Labor Relations and a minor in Dispute Management. She is a licensed medical esthetician in Pennsylvania, and looks forward to welcoming you to StarkMD and providing you with magnificent results.

Lauren Jernstrom - NP-C, Clinical Nurse
Lauren Jernstrom, the office dynamo, has vast and far-reaching experience in the world of health and medicine. Before arriving on the scene and making a big splash as our new clinical nurse, Lauren worked as medical assistant in primary/urgent care and dermatology for two years prior to finishing nursing school, then went on to extern on a Jefferson’s stroke unit. She knew from the start that esthetics was her chosen field, and was very fortunate to begin with Dr. Stark in the Fall of 2020 after finishing her nurse practitioner program at Thomas Jefferson University.
As a veteran 11th grade biology teacher, Lauren became intrigued long ago at the marvels of the human body, and found her calling when she discovered that her gift for the intricacies of cosmetic medicine could reinvigorate others with the confidence often lost to time and the aging process. This experienced and caring professional considers herself a “girly girl,” young at heart, and at the ready to assist others in rediscovering youth and beauty.
Lauren throws herself into her work and derives tremendous pleasure from offering her clients superb outcomes. Her favorite device, by far, is the Broadband Laser light (BBL), and takes great pride in watching as red and brown age spots magically disappear in short order. Lauren is also a huge fan of injectables such as Botox and filler, bringing a refreshing look to her clients’ rapidly improving features. She’s a fan of general, high-quality skin care and strongly supports those who look after their bodies in the same way they would any precious belonging.
Lauren loves the “small practice with a big heart” energy of StarkMD, and truly hopes to satisfy the needs of all in her charge. When not at the office, she obsesses over her Peloton bike, and explores new restaurants with her fiancé. Originally from Pittsburgh, Lauren is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and is a diehard Steelers fan. She welcomes you to our office and looks forward to providing excellent service.
