360 Liposuction or High Definition Liposculpture is different than traditional liposuction, which, by the way, continues to be one of the most popular procedures in our office and according to the American Society of Plastic Surgery. People are increasingly interested in healthy lifestyles and want to appear chiseled and fit. Instead of solely removing stubborn pockets of fat, modern techniques and tools allow us to approach the patient’s whole body taking fat where needed to create definition and placing it in other places to augment curves.

In my training, I have worked extensively with experts in South America on perfecting “Hi-Definition Liposuction” or Liposculpture using the Vaser technique. Vaser allows me to more efficiently remove fat in smaller areas, such as between the abdominal or chest muscles, in order to create definition there. Subsequently, I can take the fat I removed from the patient and place it back into different parts of the body where curves are desirable. Some men want more definition in their pecs, shoulders, or buttocks. Typically in women, the fat is placed into their hips, buttock, or breasts for more volume or smoother curves.

Additionally, I have wonderful devices which can tighten loose skin. The Renuvion and In-Mode BodyTite machines provide excellent results when used in conjunction with these types of surgeries and when operated by surgeons who are well-trained and well-versed in using them. The combination of fat removal, replacement, and skin-tightening allows me to provide beautiful, harmonious outcomes all during one procedure.
