This month I would like to discuss another aspect of aesthetics that we believe is essential to the ongoing care of your skin and body health. Lasers come in different wavelengths adjusted to different frequencies, depending on the outcome our laser-certified estheticians want for the patient. The key to the best outcomes is the provider's training, skills, and diagnosis, knowing which laser will provide the solutions you and your esthetician are trying to achieve.

Let us first talk about HALO®; HALO® is a hybrid laser meaning "two in one." As opposed to just one wavelength, the technology allows us to deliver two wavelengths simultaneously. This allows us to target various conditions, including fine lines, wrinkles, texture, pore size, and pigmentation, and produce a robust resurfacing response. HALO® gives our patients comparable results to a more aggressive resurfacing laser without downtime or major discomfort.

MOXI® is a wonderful laser that responds beautifully to ALL skin types and tones ALL year round. We find MOXI® is a great solution for acne and melasma and should be a part of a skin health routine at least twice a year.

BBL is our maintenance LIGHT for overall skin health. It stimulates collagen and elastin, decreases skin inflammation, and specifically targets light and dark brown pigment damage, redness, flushing, and vessels.
